WG-Zimmer an der Donau

Derzeit wohnen drei Personen in der Wohnung – zwei Jungs und ein Mädchen, alle um die 25 Jahre alt (das Mädchen zieht aus). Einer der Jungs spricht nur Englisch. Das verfügbare Zimmer hat einen Holzboden, weiße Wände und ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Donau und das Ars Electronica Center. Miete: ca. 418 €.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Herd. Das „Wohnzimmer“ ist ein schmaler Flur, der alle anderen Zimmer verbindet. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt, und das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne mit Duschkopf sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

The apartment features a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, and stovetop. The “living room” is a narrow corridor that connects all the other rooms. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathroom includes a bathtub with a showerhead as well as a washing machine.
