Die 1-Zimmerwohnung ist durch ihre Fensterfront sehr hell und besitzt einen kleinen Stehbalkon. Die angrenzende Küche hat ein großes Fenster, Elektroherd mit Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube und viele Schränke zum Verstauen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und grenzt ebenfalls an das Zimmer.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Kellerraum, ein Fahrradkeller ist für alle Mieter des Hauses ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Waschkeller steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, gewaschene Wäsche kann auch im Trockenraum aufgehängt werden.
Die Verkehrsanbindung der Wohnung ist super. In nicht mal 2 Minuten ist man an der Bushaltestelle, die zwei Buslinien ansteuern. Zu Fuß ist man in 7 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Netto, ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen ist ein Lidl, Sky, Aldi und Andronaco, ein fantastischer italienischer Supermarkt.
Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.
