Die Wohnung ist klein aber gut geschnitten und sehr überschaubar. Es gibt eine Wohnraum, eine einfache Küchenzeile mit zwei Herdplatten, welche sich aber nicht Dirkt im Wohnraum befindet. Ein kleines aber doch geräumiges Badezimmer und als absolutes Platzwunder gibt es zwei kleine Kammern die ich als Speisekammer und Kleiderschrank genutzt habe. Dies ermöglicht den Wohnraum auch wirklich ein Wohnraum zu sein, in dem es nicht nötig ist Dinge zu lagern.
Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten raus, so dass wenig Straßenlärm zu hören ist. Bis zum Sande sind es 5 min, Aldi, Denns Budni und ein Bäcker sind nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. auch der Bahnhof ist innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar und in die Universität ist in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Ich würde gerne ein paar Möbel gegen einen Abschlag in der Wohnung lassen (Bett, Sofa, Deckenlampen, ein kleiner Backofen, eine kleine Gefriertruhe und Wandregale). Genauers kann dann gerne persönlich besprochen werden.
