Die Wohnung ist ideal zwischen Innenstadt (3min Fahrrad) und Hauptcampus (10min Fahrrad) gelegen.
Für Vorlesungen am Campus im Roten Feld braucht man nur aus dem Bett zu fallen. ;-)
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ab und zu fährt mal ein Auto vorbei, aber von den Nachbarn hört man so gut wie nichts.
Stellplatz für Fahrrad gibt es auf dem Innenhof, im Keller kann auch noch Zeug gelagert werden. Bitte Nichtraucher!
