Modern studio apartment with huge balcony

I am subletting my studio apartment as I am going on an exchange for the next summer semester. I would therefore like to find someone to subrent from the 01.02. until the 15.08.25. The rent is 1075€ including GWE and wifi.

The studio is very modern and you have a lot of space to store all of your things. The kitchen is really big and I even bought a mini oven which works just like a big one. The bathroom is also very nice and modern and the shower is very big. You also have a little room where you can store all your clothes with a rail to hang them up and inside you also have a washing machine. I have a sleeping couch which can be transformed into a bed and with a topper like I have, it is just as comfortable as a bed. It is nice to be able to sit on the couch with friends and to watch TV and later at night it is very convenient to just transform. I also have a very big balcony as well as a table and chairs to sit outside in the sun. The apartment is 30qm and the balcony is 18qm.

The studio is on the 1st floor and located at the back of the house with windows and the balcony looking into a big courtyard. There are 4 other apartments in the house but you rarely see or hear anyone else.

I am looking for someone who is clean, organised and reliable and who I can trust with all of my furniture. I will leave all of my furniture inside and only take out my personal things such as clothes. :)
