zum 1.4.12. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Großen Langgasse 4. Also genau zwischen dem Höfchen und dem Schillerplatz, beide in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Sie hat dadurch optimale Nahverkehrsanbindungen. Außerdem ist alles in Mainz was man benötigen könnte auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt(Netto + Rewe), Augustinergasse, Kino und Rhein liegen zwischen 4 und 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist ca 25 m2 groß und hat ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine seperate Küche.
