Hey ihr Lieben,
Ich habe meine kleine Wohnung im Wohnheim Kisselberg abzugeben, da ich durch Corona leider sehr selten da bin.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist bereits mit einer kleinen Küche, einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist separat.

Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt und zur Uni ist sehr gut, es fahren mehrmals stündlich Busse und Bahnen, die Haltestellen dazu sind nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man findet hier schnell Anschluss. Fahrräder können gut abgestellt werden.

Die Hausmeister im Gebäude sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne weiter, bei Problemen oder sonstigem. Ich habe dort einen WLAN-Router, der gerne übernommen werden kann. Ich wäre dann der Vermieter, bis Ende September, danach kann die Wohnung gerne übernommen werden, das ist kein Problem und muss nur mit dem Studierendenwerk abgeklärt werden. (:
