ich vermiete ab sofort meine Wohnung an eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, liegt im 2. Stock mit Blick in den Innenhof und ist vollständig möbliert. Da ich bereits woanders wohne steht Sie schon leer und kann sofort bezogen werden. Bis zum 1.11 würde ich 150€ der monatlichen Miete übernehmen, wodurch du die ersten Monate sehr günstig wohnst.
Dir steht außerdem ein Fitnessstudio mit allen nötigen Geräten und Fernsehern 24/7 zur Verfügung. Den Tiefgaragenstellplatz kannst du bis zum 1.11. gratis benutzen.

Die Wohnung liegt beim SWR in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei Edeka, Aldi und verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Uni erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, die Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.
