Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes suche ich für meine gemütliche und helle 1-Zimmer/Wohnung mit großem Balkon eine Zwischenmieter*in.
Perfekt für eine Person, die es ruhig mag. Das Highlight ist der große Balkon, der ab Frühling als Erweiterung der Wohnung genutzt werden kann und von dem man in die Gärten der umliegenden Häuser schaut. Generell geht die Wohnung nach hinten raus, sodass man wenig von der Straße mitbekommt.

Uniklinik Mainz = 7 Fußminuten
Innenstadt = 10 Fußminuten
Parkanlagen direkt hinter dem Haus
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meinen Pflanzen teilen, wobei ich mich sehr freuen würde, wenn du gut auf sie aufpasst :)
