ich suche zum 01.08.2011 einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Atrium-Haus.
Im Haus drin ist ein Restaurant, Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Netto-Markt und eine Bäckerei.
Die Bushaltestelle "Martin-Luther-Str." ermöglichen es in 10 Minuten am Höfchen zu sein und in weniger als 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten. Außerdem gibt es einen Anschluss für Telefon und Fernseher!
