Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich suche zum 01.02.2012 einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Atrium-Haus.
Wohnung befindet sich im 14. Stock, ist voll möbiliert, kleine Kochnische, gigantischer Blick über Mainz, Frankfurt bis zum Feldberg.
15 Minuten in die Innenstadt, 5 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Römisches Theater (mit Anbindung nach Frankfurt u.ä)
Im Keller des Hauses gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner, sowie ein Fahrradkeller, außerdem befindet sich im Haus ein Restaurant. Direkt vor der Tür liegt ein Netto Markt und ein Bäcker.
Gerne auch schon etwas früher zu vergeben (Ende Januar) Mietpreis ist Warmmiete.
