I offer this one-room apartment for.the reference in the month of June. We can also talk about the month of July. It is a small apartment detail of about 25 sqm. That's it. But there is a large hall with a shared kitchen.
And a launderette is also there.in the apartment is part of a residential community which is in turn part of a house project.

What is still important, East that I share my bathroom with another apartment. The good neighbor is an art collector as well as an artist as well as me. Eventuel is not there in June. The house is located directly on the Käfertaler Wald and there is a good tram connection. To line 5.

Ich biete dieses Einzimmer - Appartment für.den Bezug im Monat Juni an. Wir können auch noch über den Monat Juli sprechen. Es ist ein kleine Wohnungseingeit von ca. 25 qm. Eher klein. Aber es wird ein großer Flur mit einer Gemeinschaftsküche mit angeboten.
Und ein Waschsalon ist auch dort.im geammten ist die Wohnung Teil einer Wohngemeinschaft die wiederum Teil eines Hausprojektes ist.

Das was noch wichtig ist, Ost das ich mein Badezimmer mit einer anderem Apartment teile. Der gute Nachbar ist ein Kunstsammler sowie selbst Künstler sowie ich. Eventuel ist er im Juni auch nicht da. Das Haus liegt direkt am Käfertaler Wald und es gibt eine gute Straßenbahn Anbindung. Zur Linie 5.
