Suche zum 1.4. Nachmieter/in für meine wunderschöne 1ZKB (48 m²). Miete beträgt 390 Euro kalt + 92 Euro NK. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen hellen Schlaf-/ Wohnraum mit Balkon, eine Küche mit EBK, ein Bad mit Badewanne und WaMa-Anschluss und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Außerdem sind ein Kellerabteil und ein PKW-Stellplatz in der Miete enthalten.
Der Vermieter wünscht sich einen studentischen Mieter mit Elternbürgschaft. Dafür würde dann wohl keine Kaution anfallen. (War zumindest bei mir so.) Ich würde gerne ein paar Möbelstücke (Singlekühlschrank, Sofa, Gardinenstange, Balkonmöbel) in der Wohnung lassen, für die ich gerne einen Abschlag hätte (150 Euro VB). Besichtigungen sind vorerst Dienstag Nachmittag ab 15 Uhr und Mittwoch ganztägig möglich.
Bushaltestelle und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tegut, Lidl, Edeka, bald auch Aldi und DM) sind fußläufig in unter drei Minuten zu erreichen.
