Für mein 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Weidehäusen Str suche ich ab September ein/-e Nachmieter/-in. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Kühlschrank, ein kleiner Ofen, Schreibtisch und Kommode), mit der Küche und das Bad. Die Möbel muss übernommen werden (100 Euro).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG. Waschmaschine steht den Mietern zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und auch sehr ruhig. Am Erlenring ist man zu Fuß in 2 min (da gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Aldi, DM, MediaMarkt) in 5 am Rudolfplatz.
Das Aquamar ist mit dem Fahrrad in 7 min zu erreichen, das UniStadion - 5.
In 3 min von der Wohnung ist super nettes UferCafe für Morgenkaffee und Abendbier :)
Wer mir schon einmal geschrieben hat und immer noch interessiert ist, kann mir das mitteilen.
Der Besichtigungstermin wäre am 1.08 und 02.08 möglich.
