BITTING RESOLUTION!

A well-maintained and spacious 1-room apartment in Wehrda is available on May 1st. The apartment has a private bathroom and a private kitchenette, which is ideal for cooking. The built-in cabinet in the hallway offers plenty of space for food or other items.
The apartment is well lit by daylight. With lines 1 and 4, you reach the university etc very well. Shops are also available directly at the shopping market in Wehrda or in the city centre. There is also an attic as a basement replacement. Parking is not included, but can be rented by the landlord if necessary.

The following conditions exist:

- The new tenant is ready to stay here longer (at least 1 year)
- A parent guarantee must be delivered to the landlord so that the rental payment is secured.

-The following furniture/stands must be taken over: wardrobe, kitchen cabinets, mirror cabinet in the bathroom, shelf boards on the wall (in the kitchenette, over the bed and behind the door), bookshelf, mini oven and washing machine (but the handle is broken, so it is not computed during detachment, but you can still use it and it also works. Zum 01.05. wird eine gepflegte und geräumige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Wehrda frei. Die Wohnung hat ein eigenes Bad und eine eigene Kochnische, die man ideal zum Kochen benutzen kann. Der Einbauschrank im Flur bietet viel Platz für Lebensmittel oder auch sonstige Gegenstände.
Die Wohnung ist gut durch Tageslicht beleuchtet. Mit den Linien 1 und 4 erreicht man die Uni etc sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es hier auch direkt am Kaufmarkt in Wehrda oder sonst in der Innenstadt. Ein Dachboden als Kellerersatz gibt es auch. Parkplatz ist nicht mit dabei, kann aber bei Bedarf beim Vermieter dazu gemietet werden.

Folgende Vorraussetzungen gibt es:

- Der neue Mieter/Mieterin ist bereit hier länger zu wohnen (mindestens 1 Jahr)
- Es muss eine Elternbürgschaft beim Vermieter abgegeben werden, damit die Mietzahlung gesichert ist.

-folgende Möbel/Gegenstände müssen übernommen werden: Kleiderschrank, Küchenschränke, Spiegelschrank im Bad, Regalbretter an der Wand (bei der Kochnische, über dem Bett und hinter der Tür), Bücherregal, Minibackofen und die Waschmaschine (da ist allerdings der Griff kaputt, daher wird sie nicht bei der Ablösung mitberechnet, man kann sie aber trotzdem benutzen und sie funktioniert auch. Näheres dazu bei der Besichtigung)
