🇩🇪Kleine aber feine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mitten in München.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst: Bett, Bettwäsche/Decken, Handtücher, WLAN (200Mb), Schreibtisch, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Kochnische, Kombiofen, Paninigrill, Reiskocher...
Es gibt ein Badezimmer, kleinen Flur, und dann das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer.
Ich verreise im Mai für knapp 4 Wochen und biete daher diese Wohnung für den Zeitraum an.
Wer also die schönsten Wochen des Jahres im Stadtzentrum Münchens wohnen möchte, der melde sich gerne!
Die Wohnung ist dank 3 großer Fenster superhell (es gibt aber auch Abdunklungsjalousien zum Schlafen).
Am Schreibtisch ist ausreichend Platz zum Arbeiten. Das Internet ist mit 200Mb DL/ 40Mb UL für alle Bedürfnisse schnell genug.
Einen 48" Fernseher gibt es auch, allerdings habe ich keinen TV-Anschluss, da ich nur Netflix nutze - dafür gibt es aber ein Gastkonto, also steht es dir auch zur Verfügung.
Du brauchst wirklich nichts mitzubringen, ein Koffer oder ein Rucksack mit Klamotten und du bist ready to go. Ich bin ein wenig flexibel was die Daten angeht, also kontaktiert mich einfach!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need: bed, bedding/blankets, towels, Wi-Fi (200Mb), desk, washing machine, iron, kitchenette, combination oven, panini grill, rice cooker...
There is a bathroom, a small hallway, and then the living/sleeping room.
I will be traveling in June for just under 3 weeks and therefore offer this apartment for that period.

The apartment is very bright thanks to 3 large windows (but there are also blackout blinds for sleeping).
There is plenty of space at the desk for work. The internet is fast enough for all needs with 200Mb DL/ 40Mb UL.
There is a swiveling TV mounted on the wall.
You really don't need to bring anything, just a suitcase or a backpack with clothes and you're ready to go. I am a bit flexible with the dates, so just contact me!

🇩🇪Die Nachbarn sind tiefenentspannt, habe noch nie Stress wegen irgendwas gehabt. Also wenn man keine Abrissparties feiert dann hat man hier keine Probleme.
Die Miete muss vollständig im Voraus gezahlt werden.
🇬🇧The neighbors are very relaxed, I have never had any issues over anything. So, as long as you don't throw demolition parties, you won't have any problems here.
