Nice appartment with terrace until 22.01

Da ich München jetzt doch früher verlassen muss wird diese gemütliche Wohnung frei bis 22.01. Sie kostet normalerweise 943€ aber ich biete sie für 700€ an, da ich München dringend verlassen muss. Sie hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke, Arbeitsplatz und ein großes Bett. Es hat eine vollausgestattete, moderne Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist ideal und sehr geräumig für eine Person. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Sie befindet sich in einem modernen Haus in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Das Wifi ist sehr gut und Supermärkte/Bäcker hat es alles um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine sehr süsse Katze. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach München ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Haustür und man ist innerhalb von 2min mit dem Bus an der Sbahn Station Lochhausen.

It has a large living room with sitting area, workspace and a large bed. It has a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is ideal and very spacious for one person. The terrace is very nice. It is located in a modern house in a quiet neighborhood. The wifi is very good and there are supermarkets/bakeries around the corner. The apartment also has a very cute cat. The transport connections to Munich are very good. The bus stop is almost on the doorstep and you are within 2 minutes by bus at the Sbahn station Lochhausen.
