Für meine Wohnung mit zentraler Lage in der Thalkirchner Str. 7 suche ich ab 01. September 2011 einen Nachmieter. Es handelt sich um eine einfache Wohnung (Appartment, teilmöbliert - Tisch, Schrank und Bett) mit einem Zimmer, einem Bad mit Wanne und einer Küchennische (eine Kochplatte und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden). Im Keller befindet sich ein Wasch-/Trockenraum mit Münz-Maschinen.
Das Haus ist mitten im Zentrum gelegen und ist nur wenige hundert Meter vom Sendlinger Tor entfernt (dort ist auch die nächste U-Bahn-Station).
