Meine Wohnung hat 36qm und ist 5OG. Ein Lift ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein frisch renoviertes Bad und hat eine EBK Zeile. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Gärtnerplatz mit allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs in direkter Nähe so wie eine gute Bus, U/S-Bahn und Straßenbahn Anbindung. Zum Viktualienmarkt sind es 5 Min zu Fuß.
Ich suche eine gemütliche Wohnung von ca. 40qm oder größer mit seperater Küche ab 01.12.2013 oder später. Wenn diese Wohnung noch einen Balkon hätte wäre es optimal, ist aber kein muss.
Die Wohnung sollte in der Maxvorstadt, Lehel, Schwabing, Altbogenhausen oder der Isarvorstad liegen und nicht im EG.
