Das Zimmer könnte ich möbliert abgeben, ausgestattet mit einem 1,40m Bett, einem Regal, einem Tisch und einem Schrank. (Gegen Ablösesumme).
Es hat 26 qm, inkl. Einer Kochnische und einem Bad.
Das Zimmer liegt wunderbar ruhig zum Innenhof hin, so dass einem erholsamen Schlaf nichts im Wege steht.
Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug, die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock. Es gibt keine Waschmachine, der Waschsalon ist aber direkt neben der Wohnung.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Maxvorstadt, grenzend an Schwabing.
In 2 Min ist man zu Fuß bei der U-Bahn (Theresienstrasse), in 7 Min bei der Tram (Sandstrasse), Bushaltestellen gibt es einige.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Lidl und Netto sind direkt ums Eck, ebenso mehrere Bäckereien und schöne Cafés.
Zur TUM und zu den Pinakotheken Isar braucht man zu Fuß auch nur 5 Min.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist zwei U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt.
