The apartment is very central and yet quiet (only 7 minutes walk to Stiglmaierplatz U1/U7 or tram line Sandstraße 20/21). The large spacious living room asks enough space for both the sleeping and working room. The kitchen is separate and in the bathroom there is a bathtub. Washing machine and dryer are located in the internal laundry room. The apartment also has a covered balcony, as well as bicycle cellar. It can be parked in the area with a resident ID. However, there is also the possibility to rent a underground parking space.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen (nur 7 Min. zu Fuß zum Stiglmaierplatz U1/U7 oder Trambahnlinie Sandstraße 20/21). Das große geräumige Wohnzimmer bittet ausreichend Platz sowohl für den Schlaf- als auch Arbeitsraum. Die Küche ist separat gelegen und im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Badewanne. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner befinden sich im hausinternen Waschraum. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen überdachten Balkon, sowie Fahrradkeller. Mit einem Bewohnerausweis lässt es sich in der Gegend kostengünstig parken. Es gibt aber auch die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz anzumieten.
