Because I will work go work remotely, I am subletting my flat for at least 6 months (flexible dates) from January until June 2025 so I am ideally looking for someone who would stay as long as possible. There is a 90% chance that afterwards I will leave the flat so if you want and are happy with it, you can also stay longer.
The flat has all the furniture you see in the picture and the price includes everything. There is also a nice small terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets since the flat is located at the 6th floor. The flat is indeed full of light and it's very silent.

Location is great: the flat is 1 minute far from the Ubahn station (U2, Frankfurter Ring) and Busses X35, X36, 50, 150.
There is an Edeka just downstairs, and closeby there are Lidl, Rossman, Rewe, Aldi and DM and also a Bäckerei at the corner. A pharmacy is in front of the street and downstairs there is also a kebab place.
Olympia park is 2km far away and you can see the tower from the balcony.

There is a car park under the house as well as a park for bikes.
There is smart TV, a microwave and an oven. The hob is induction. The washing machine is shared and is located in the basement. Alternatively, there are two laundries near the house. The wardrobes will be emptied before I leave.

We can agree on videocalls to get to know each others as well as you can come and see the flat if you are in Munich. No gender preferences, as long as you are a clean and responsible person.
