Hallo,
ich vermiete meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung vom 11. April bis 18. Juni 2016. Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und zwei Regalen.
Durch die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell und wirkt sehr groß. Zum Zimmer gehört auch eine kleine Küche, in der alles was man zum Kochen braucht vorhanden ist, sowie ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten (Strom, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag,...) bereits enthalten.
Die Wohnung wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet.
Ich möchte die Wohnung erst einmal bis 18. Juni vermieten, je nach Situation ist eine Verlängerung eventuell nach Absprache kurzfristig bis Ende Juli möglich.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mit der Tram ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Auch die S-Bahn (Donnersbergerbrücke) und U-Bahn (Rotkreuzplatz) sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
