Apartment is perfectly located and very well connected to all public transportation U-bah (U6/U3), bus and tramway. English Garten and Muenchner freiheit are reachable within walking distance, so everything is very nearby (coffees ,bars, shopping center ..)
- Apartment shall be maintained in very good condition only for non-smokers who would take good care of the appartment and available equipments
- Very good internet connection (100mbs)
- The washing room is shared with other residents of the building
- Rooftop pool with very beautiful view over München
