Das Zimmer hat eine hervorragende Lage, von dem aus man den U-Bahnhof Bonner Platz sehen kann. Wenn du die U-Bahn nehmen möchtest, brauchst du nur auf Google Maps nachzusehen, wann die U-Bahn in einer Minute ankommt, und dann nach unten zu gehen, um ohne Wartezeit einzusteigen.
This room has an excellent location, with a view of the Bonner Platz subway station from the window. When you want to take the subway, you only need to check Google Maps for the arrival time and head downstairs when there's one minute left, so you can catch the train without waiting.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet, darunter ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, zwei Monitore, ein Induktionsherd, eine Bratpfanne, ein Kochtopf, ein Fleischschneider, ein Schnellkochtopf und vieles mehr. Wenn du möchtest, kann ich sogar meine PS5 hier lassen.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind gemeinschaftlich und kosten jeweils einen Euro pro Nutzung.

The room is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances, including a height-adjustable desk, two monitors, an induction cooker, a frying pan, a cooking pot, a meat slicer, a pressure cooker, and more. If you wish, I can even leave my PS5 for you.
The washing machine and dryer are shared and cost one euro per use.
