Da ich im November einen kleine Weltreise starte, steht die Wohnung für tolle Zwischenmieter zur Verfügung.
Die 1 Zimmer Wohnung ist 43 qm groß voll möbliert seberate Küche und Bad mit Badewanne. Es ist alles vorhandene was man zum Leben braucht. Von WLAN, Waschmaschine,voll ausgestattet Küche incl guter Auswahl an Gewürzen,Bett, Couch, Ventilator und sogar die Möglichkeiten dich sportlich zu betätigen mit Kurzhaantel, Yogamatte, Klötze , Klimmzugstange und was sonst noch so das kleine Sportlerherz glücklich macht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schwabing, Grenze Maxvorststad direkt (1min) an der Tram 27 Nordendstraße mit der du in 10 min in der City und 12 min am Hauptbahnhof bist. U2 Josephplatz 9 min und zur LMU 8 min TU 10 min zu Fuß.
Es befindet sich alles nur wenige Minuten entfernt wie zb Restaurant (Spanier Italiener Inder Vietnamese und noch vieles mehr)Bars , Theater Supermarkt auch der Elisabethmarkt (täglich frisches Obst und Gemüse) ist auch nur 2 min entfernt.
Ich vermiete nur an Menschen die respektvoll mit dem Wohnraum umgehen, eine gewisse Sympathie mitbringen, vertrauenswürdig sind und einen grünen Daumen haben und sich gut um die ganzen Pflanzen kümmern 🧚♀️
