Hallo, ich ziehe im Juni in der schöne Nord um, deshalb vermiete ich nun meine schöne Wohnung am Laimerplatz in München:
1-Zimmer- Wohnung,
Gotthardstraße, 3 min zu Fuß bis U5 Endstation Laimerplatz,
2.OG, West orientiert, sehr schöne Abend Licht,
31 qm Wohnfläche,
- Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowellenofen, Spülmaschine, Induktionskochplatten.
- Bad mit Badewanne, gross Spiegel, weiss Mosaik.
- sehr nette Balkon mit ein gross Baum davor.
- komplett möbliert, Bett, Sofa, Tisch, vier Stühle, Kleiderschrank, Geschirr, etc.
ab 15. Juni frei, 710 (warm), Internet nicht inklusiv.
(Ich habe jetzt Internet von Telekom, aber würde meine Vertrag mitnehmen.)
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, 3 min zu Laimerplatz, U-bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeit.
Der große Sportverein ist neben der Tür, aus der Balkon ist gerade der Sport Feld, sehr entspannte Stimmung am Wochenende.
Die folgend Haushalt für 180€ zu vergeben:
- ca. 40 Zoll Flach TV
- AEG Staubsauger
- A3 HP Drucker mit Papier Paton
- Geschirr, etc.
Weil ich ganze Mai in Urlaub bin, Besichtigungsmöglichkeit ist entweder das Wochenende am 28. 29 April oder erste Woche in Juni, sonst je nach Vereinbarung in Mai mit Vermieterin zu organisieren(Ich bin jetzige Mieterin, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett).
