The Westpark is just a few minutes away and is ideal for jogging etc.

Die Wohnung ist neu saniert, voll möbliert und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. In dem Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.

Zu der Wohnung gehört ein großer Balkon mit Blick über München- und bei gutem Wetter gibt es sogar Bergpanorama!
Bewohner können ein Pool und eine Sauna (Damensauna- Tag!) mitbenützen.

Die Wohnung ist gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden (3min fußläufig zum Bus, 7-10min zu U-Bahnhaltestelle Partnachplatz, 10min zu der S-Bahn und Zughaltestelle Harras), unmittelbare Nähe zu zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rossmann, Rewe, Penny, Bäcker etc.). Der Westpark ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und eignet sich hervorragend zum Joggen etc.

Die Mietdauer sowie Beginn und Ende der Miete können nach Absprache flexibel gestaltet werden.
