mein 35 qm großes, möbeliertes Appartement mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und 16MBit DSL / Telefon sucht für 6 bis 12 Monate einen Untermieter.
Es liegt im Stadtteil Sendling - Westpark am Luisekieselbach-Platz,
U6 ist ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Nachtbus Richtung Großhadern fährt fast bis zur Haustüre.
Der Bus zur LMU draußen in Großhadern ist ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und fährt direkt bis zur Uni.
Den grünen gemeinschaftlichen Garten im HInterhof und meine Nachbarn hab ich völlig vergessen zu erwähnen.
Preislich schlägt das "all inclusive" Paket mit 700 € monatlich zu Buche (600 € Warmmiete plus 100 € für Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, DSL und Telefon, Ökostrom und Möbel - Elektrogeräte sind ca. 2 Jahre alt, energiesparend)...
