Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und liegt auf der Südseite des Hauses, somit ist das Zimmer tagsüber schön hell. Da ich meine Wohnung nur zum Übergang vermiete, kann der Mieter meinen WLAN Router gerne mitbenutzen. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und mit einer modernen, großen Dusche ausgestattet. Aus den anhängenden Bildern, kann man weitere Einzelheiten entnehmen.
Vermietung: 01.03.2018 bis 31.08.2018

The apartment is fully furnished and located on the south side of the house, so the room is bright. Since I rent my apartment only to transition, you can use my WIFI router as well. The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with a modern, large shower. From the attached pictures, further details can be found.
Rental period: 01.03.2018 until 31.08.2018.

Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubauviertel, sehr gut eingebettet in einer hervorragenden Infrastruktur. Gegenüber findet man gleich ein Ärztehaus (Zahnarzt, Hausarzt, Sportmedizin), Rossmann, Fitnessstudio (Elements), Aldi und Hit. Auch die Anbindung zur Innenstadt ist sehr praktisch gelegen, denn die S-Bahn Haltestation ist gleich über die Straße circa. 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Mit dem Auto braucht man circa. 15 Minuten in das Stadtzentrum.

Location: The apartment is located in a newly built district, very well embedded in an excellent infrastructure. Across the street is a medical center (dentist, physician, sports medicine), Rossmann, gym (Elements), supermarkets (Aldi and Hit). Also the connection to the city center is very convenient, as the S-Bahn station is just across the street, 2 minutes walk away. By car you need approx. 15 minutes to Munich downtown.
Ein kleines Fitnessstudio kann kostenlos mitbenutzt werden.
