Hello everyone! I will be subletting my studio apartment from 12.03.2025 to 04.05.2025 since I will be away.
The apartment will be fully furnished with a kitchen, bed and other appliances/furnitures. It has its own balcony. The rent would be 950€ warm per month including high speed internet. (Of course, in total it's 1700€ for the whole duration.) I would also need a 1-month deposit of 950€ and will be returned within 2 weeks after the stay. If KVR is needed, I will provide since I also have permission from my landlord.
The apartment is located in Schwabing-West area 2 minutes away from tram (27 Herzogstraße) and 7 minute walk to Ubahn (U2 Hohenzollerplatz).
The apartment is for 1-person only and non-smoker.
