Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für kurze Zeit unter, zwischen 31. Dezember und 30.Januar (1 Monat)
Die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht, auch sehr gut geignet für Homeoffice working, große Fenster, ein größerer Balkon und den besten Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und bei super Lage sehr schnell angebunden zur Innenstadt.
Und sie ist voll möbliert - ich lasse alle Möbel drin und du kannst sie mit nutzen. Bequemes 1,40 Bett, großer Tisch, Arbeitstisch, Balkon möbel, Waschmachine, Sofa, Küche und Bad mit Badewanne inklusive.
Ich habe ein paar Pflanzen, die man einmal pro Woche gießen sollte, ich kann diese aber wo anders unterbringen.
Ich brauche keine vorzahlung Sondern nur einen Gehaltsnachweis und bei studenten wäre auch eine Elternbürgschaft ausreichend.
-zum Bus nur 3 Minuten, zur Tram und zur Ubahn 7 Minuten Fußmarsch.
-1 min fußweg zum olympiapark
