• Badezimmer mit Dusche
• Vorhänge, Deckenleuchte und Gartenmitnutzung
• Waschmaschine & Trockner im Gebäude (Mitbenutzung gemäß Hausordnung)

💰 Miete & Kosten:
• Kaltmiete: 540 €
• Nebenkosten (inkl. Heizung & Wasser): 100 €
• Gesamtmiete (Brutto): 640 €
• Zusätzliche Kosten (Strom & Internet): ca. 60 €
• Kaution: 1.620 € (3 Monatsmieten)

• Der Nachmieter muss folgende Unterlagen einreichen:

• Personalausweis oder Reisepass (Vorder- und Rückseite)
• Bonitätsnachweise (3 Gehaltsabrechnungen oder Arbeitsvertrag)
• Immatrikulationsbescheinigung (Uni, TU … etc.)oder Nachweis einer Ausbildung.

• Washing machine & dryer available in the building (shared use according to house rules)

💰 Rent & Costs:
• Basic rent: 540 €
• Additional costs (incl. heating & water): 100 €
• Total rent (Gross): 640 €
• Additional costs (Electricity & Internet): approx. 60 €
• Deposit: 1,620 € (3 months’ rent)
