Untermiete für März !!!

Ich vermiete meine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung für den März unter. Sie wird wird sein, aber nicjt wie auch den fotos, da Ich selber dort neu einziehe, aber aus meinem aktuellen Mietverhältnis bis April nicht raus komme.

WLan gibt es nicht.

Sie liegt direkt im Herzen von Schwabing. U-Bahn Haltestelle U3/U6 Giselasteaße ist einen Katzensprung entfernt, sowie Lidl, DM und Rewe. Wer sich auskennt, weiß, dass Schwabing ein großes Angebot an Bars, Restaurant und co hat.

Eine Besichtigung vorab ist nicht möglich, da ich die Schlüssel auch erst am 1.3. bekomme.

Die Wohnung ist somit interessant für Personen die quasi nur einen Schlafplath brauchen.


I am subletting my 1.5-room apartment for March. It will be furnished but not as shown in the pictures, since I am judt moving in myself but can’t leave my current rental until April.

There will not be wifi.

The apartment is located in the heart of Schwabing, just a stone’s throw from the Giselastrasse U3/U6 subway station, as well as Lidl, DM, and Rewe. Anyone familiar with the area knows that Schwabing offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, and more.

A viewing in advance is not possible, as I will only receive the keys on March 1st.

This apartment is ideal for someone who simply needs a place to sleep.
