Studio Apartment Munich - Central Location - available anytime from March 12 - April 15 2025

I am subletting my studio apartment in a student residence between 15 August till 30 September.

The apartment is 20 m2 and includes a private bedroom, toilet and kitchenette. There is good storage place including a few shelves, a closet, 1 desk and a bed box. The bed is a single bed. The kitchenette is modern. The toilet is big and modern.

There are washing machines and dryers available in the building.

The apartment is on the fifth floor that can be accessed by 2 elevators. It offers a nice view to the city and the windows are sound proof.

Bike storage is available.

The place is central at Brudermuhlstr. with the U3 line right in front of the building, one stop away from changing to the U6 at Implerstr. Alternatively, a walk to Implestr. station takes 9 minutes. Marienplatz, Hbf, Karlzplatz, Sendlingertor and other central areas take only about 10-20 minutes to reach by train.
