Ruhig in Villenviertel am Schloss Nymphenburg gelegen, sonnig, Glasfront mit Schiebetür zum großen Süd-West-Balkon, rundherum grüne Aussicht, Parkettfussboden, Einbauküche, Bad mit Badewanne, eigene Waschmaschine im Keller, W-Lan, neue Bodyguard Matratze - die perfekte Wohnung zum relaxen, Yoga praktizieren, Urlaub machen.
Es sind keine privaten Sachen mehr in der Wohnung, die Möbel können übernommen oder ausgetauscht werden.

Ich gehe für eine Weile aus beruflichen Gründen nach Berlin.
Bevorzugt suche ich für meine Münchner Wohnung jemanden, der Lust hätte, hin und wieder ein paar Tage in Berlin zu verbringen und mit mir zu tauschen. Ich würde gerne noch eine Möglichkeit haben, ein paar Tage im Monat in München zu verbringen, bin da aber sehr flexibel.

There are no more private belongings in the apartment, the furniture can be taken over or replaced.

I'm going to Berlin for a while for professional reasons.
I prefer to look for someone for my Munich apartment who would like to spend a few days in Berlin every now and then and swap places with me. I would like to have another opportunity to spend a few days a month in Munich, but I'm very flexible.
