Hello :) My apartment will be free due to personal reasons.
It's possible to rent for 1,5 months (Rent is total for 1,5 months).
IMPORTANT: Since it is a sublease, it is not possible to register an address! You need to be registered at another address that needs to be provided.
My small apartment has everything you need. I'm living here since 2014 and I love my home a lot. As I'm just away for this time, it's fully furnished and will come with most of the things you need. The Kitchen is in the same room, but makes it very comfy and has everything you need and is perfect for a single person. There is a balcony where you can enjoy your brekkie in the morning sun and watch the people passing the street. There is a big table to work and eat and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower in one. Its 2 minutes away from the underground and two stations from the mainstation. However you have everything around in this beautiful neighbourhood.
My neighborhood ist just amazing. You seriously have everything around. You can choose between several bakeries, pharmacies, drugstores, grocery shopping, restaurants, sightseeing (University, Königsplatz, several museums like the Pinakotheken) and everything is in walking distance. The vibe is really cool and relaxed cause of the university just one street away and lot of young people and families. There is also the Schellingstraße near by where a lot of bars and cool places are. At day and night I'm sure you will find in this area a fun place that fits your needs.
Its 2 minutes away from the underground and two stations from the mainstation. However you have everything around in this beautiful neighbourhood.
As this is my home for already 10 years, it's fully furnished (there should be everything you need as towels, bedsheets, Cleaning stuff, Vaccum Cleaner) and is my sacred space and I would love to have someone live there conscious and respectful as it's just a sublease.
