Hello,
I rent my second apartment from 23 January 2025 until 23 June 2025.
The apartment is very cozy and offers everything you need – perfect for independent people looking for a good 1 bedroom apartment in the center without spending their entire salary for it.
It has all basic amenities, including Wi-Fi. The bed is king size and there is a large sofa. The washing machine is available at the bottom of the garage.
Ideally I seek someone who is clean, speaks English or German and has no problem with two things:
Some old, heavy music amplifiers stored in a box on the balcony.
Keep letters safe if they arrive, so I can pick them up in the summer.
Otherwise, I wish someone who is honest, takes care of the apartment and can communicate directly (and completely).

Kreuzviertel is a neighbourhood with nice restaurants, close to parks, churches and near the Promenade.
there is a Lidl in York Center where you can park your car at all times, and do Shopping at the groceries.
The neighbourhood is probably the nicest in Münster, and well known for it.
The appartment is for one person only, pets are nto allowed due to building rules.
There are families living here so not a place for parties and noise, rather a good oplace to be calm.
