All the furniture you see on the pictures should be taken with you. You would have to pay a discount of €2000. The furniture was bought about 3 years ago, are all in good condition with partial traces of use.

The house where the apartment is, would be built in 2013, so everything is state-of-the-art and up-to-date (water softening etc.)
