From 01.06.2025, I'm looking for a rental agent for my furnished one-room apartment in the student residence Yugo Leonis. The room is approx. 20sqm tall and turned away from the street side, which means I never had problems with street noise.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and offers a lot of storage space, allowing you to accommodate everything. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, two hobs and a microwave. Also the bathroom is spacious and modern furnished.

The student residence has a very cool location. On the one hand, the aasee is right next door, on the other hand it is not far to the city center (about 15 min walk and 4 min by bike). There is also a bus stop right in front of the door.

In addition, there is a rewe in the same building, so you just have to get out of the door of the dormitory and just stand right in front. Other shops such as e.g. DM are also not far away on Hammer Street (about 5 min walk).

In the rental price of 859 euros per month, all additional costs and the internet connection of the residence are included, so that no further costs are incurred here. The dormitory provides a lounge with a shared kitchen, a learning room, a gym, a bicycle cellar and a party room including a billiard table on the top floor with a view over Münster. In addition, there are washing machines and dryers in the basement.

The residence requires a deposit of three monthly rents. In addition, you must be registered as a student in Münster.

I am mainly looking for a rental agent who takes over my remaining contract (01.06. to 23.09.). In addition, if you want to stay here, there is of course the possibility to extend your contract.

The student residence has a very cool location. On the one hand, the Aasee lake is right next door, and on the other hand, it is not far from the city center (approx. 15 minutes on foot and 4 minutes by bike). There is also a bus stop right outside the door.

There is a Rewe supermarket located in the same building, so you only have to walk out of the door of the student residence and you are practically right in front of it.
Other stores such as DM are not far away on Hammer-Straße (approx. 5 minutes on foot).

The rent of 859 euros per month includes all utilities and the internet connection of the student residence, so there are no additional costs. The student residence has a common room with a communal kitchen, a study room, a fitness room, a bicycle storage room and a party room including a pool table on the top floor with a view over Münster. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement.

The student residence requires a deposit of three months' rent. So you have to be enrolled as a student in Münster.

Ich suche ab dem 01.06.2025 einen Nachmieter für mein möbliertes Einzimmer-Apartment im Studentenwohnheim Yugo Leonis. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und von der Straßenseite abgewandt, wodurch ich nie Probleme mit Straßengeräuschen hatte.

Das Apartment befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Gebäudes und bietet sehr viel Stauraum, wodurch man alles unterbringen kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank, zwei Herdplatten und einer Mikrowelle. Auch das Badezimmer ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet.

Das Studentenwohnheim hat eine sehr coole Lage. Zum einen ist der Aasee direkt nebenan, andererseits ist es auch zur Innenstadt nicht weit (ca. 15 min zu Fuß und 4 min mit dem Fahrrad). Außerdem ist eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Zusätzlich befindet sich ein Rewe im gleichen Gebäude, sodass man nur aus der Tür des Wohnheims raus muss und quasi direkt davor steht. Weitere Geschäfte wie bspw. DM sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt auf der Hammer-Straße zu finden (ca. 5 min zu Fuß).

Im Mietpreis von 859 Euro pro Monat sind alle Nebenkosten und der Internetanschluss des Wohnheims inklusive, sodass hier keine weiteren Kosten auf euch zukommen. Das Wohnheim stellt einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Gemeinschaftsküche, einen Lernraum, einen Fitnessraum, einen Fahrradkeller und einen Partyraum inklusive Billardtisch im obersten Stockwerk mit Blick über Münster zur Verfügung. Außerdem befinden sich im Keller Waschmaschinen und Trockner.

Das Wohnheim verlangt eine Kaution in Höhe von drei Monatsmieten. Außerdem muss man als Student in Münster eingeschrieben sein.

Ich bin hauptsächlich auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter der meinen restlichen Vertrag (01.06. bis 23.09.) übernimmt. Falls man darüber hinaus weiter hier wohnen bleiben möchte gibt es natürlich die Möglichkeit seinen Vertrag zu verlängern.
