The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building and therefore has a very modern kitchen and bathroom. It is a 1.5 room apartment. From the hall you reach the bathroom with shower, large mirror and a high wall heating for towels. On the left of the hall is the small room in which the walk-in wardrobe is. In the large main room is the bed, the large dining/working table and the kitchen. The balcony is also located on this room.
You can walk in 5 minutes at the Aasee and also at the bus stop “Place of White Rose”, from where you have direct connection to the city centre and the main railway station. The bus of the ring line runs off almost directly in front of the front door. Edeka is about 3 minutes and about 10 minutes.
In the basement of the house there is a underground garage. Unfortunately, this apartment does not own a parking space, but you will find a parking lot on the road almost always. If you want to park in the cellar, you can ask in the in-house WhatsApp group whether you can rent a parking space.
The washing machines and dryers are also in the basement and cost 2.80€ or €1,50.
In the backyard there is a large covered bicycle parking space.
