The flat is super cute. It is bright, a lot of light is coming in the windows. The room itself is big enough for whatever you need. I lived here for three years now and it's been a blast.
The kitchen is small but I didn't really cook a lot so I didn't mind. The bath is small, but has a good shower, toilet and sink. what more do you need? I could leave some furniture but that's up to you.
The location is just perfect. You are almost in the city center and close to restaurants, shops and everything you need. Tesco is even in the same building. If you are - like me - a student here you can be sure you'll make it to class because there are a lot of buses and stations near by.
The landlord agreed that I might suggest new tenants so if you could just charm me with your story, you might just get this steal! It is really amazing to live here and I loved it a lot. If I didn't have to move to London because of work, I would never leave!
