The apartment is a fully furnished Studio apartment, in a community living space. The apartment is ideal for students but young professionals are also invited to show interest. You will have your own bathroom, kitchen and balcony but access to also building facilities like a lounge, laundry, rooftop lounge and an event kitchen available for a fee. It comes with a table, 2 chairs, a study table, study chair, bed, mattress, clothes cupboard and enough storage. The rent is inclusive of electricity, heating, water and Internet. A community manager will be available on site to help with any questions as well. The laundry has washers and dryers available for use for a small fee.

The apartment is located in the newly created downtown Offenbach next to the Hafen/Port next to the river. It is a short 10 minute walk from Sbahn station Marktplatz/Ledermuseum where all incoming trains go to Frankfurt central station and some to the airport. Alternatively there are buses that can be taken from Marktplatz to make the walk shorter. The location is next to a Rewe, DM, Alnatura and a kiosk for emergencies. The Hafen area is full of bars and restaurants but there is never any noise and it's extremely quiet.

Both short term(2 months) and long term contracts are possible. The initial contract will be a sublet with me and then a full time contract with the renting agency. Either are welcome to apply by writing me a message. Online viewings are possible but in person will be preferred. The contract must ideally start 1st of August but the move in date can be flexible.
