Preferred to rent a student. The apartment is especially suitable for a quiet and neat renter. I value cleanliness and well maintained handling of the apartment.

The apartment is ideal for students as it is just 3 minutes walk from the library on Campus Westerberg. With a living area of 38 square meters, the apartment offers enough space for one person. Warm rental is 455 euros, including gas. Electricity must be obtained separately via a provider. The deposit for the apartment is 730 euros.
In addition, all furniture in the apartment as well as cleaning agents, vacuum cleaners, washing machine etc.
The apartment has good access to public transport (2-3 minutes to the campus stop)

The apartment has a parking space and is for rent on non-smoking persons.

Bevorzugt an eine Studentin zu vermieten. Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders für eine ruhige und ordentliche Mieterin. Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit sowie gepflegten Umgang mit der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studenten, da sie nur 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Bibliothek am Campus Westerberg entfernt liegt. Mit einer Wohnfläche von 38 Quadratmetern bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz für eine Person. Die Warmmiete beträgt 455 Euro, inklusive Gas. Strom muss separat über einen Anbieter bezogen werden. Die Kaution für die Wohnung beläuft sich auf 730 Euro.
Zusätzlich bleiben alle Möbel in der Wohnung sowie Putzmittel, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine usw.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (2-3 Minuten bis zur Haltestelle Campus
Westerberg) sowie nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
