Die Wohnung liegt im Wohngebiet Nellingen "In den Steinen" am Ortsrand zu ES-Zollberg. Gute ÖPNV Verkehrsanbindung nach Stuttgart (Stadtbahn U7) und Esslingen (Bus Linie 119/120)
Mindestmietzeit ist 6 Monate. Miete incl. aller Nebenkosten bis 6 Monate Mietzeit 560,- / Monat. Ab dem 7. Monat fest vereinbarte Mietdauer 520,-. Jeweils alles inclusive, es gibt keine Nebenkosten (und Abrechnung) mehr. Kaution (900,- €) wird nur bei unbefristetem Mietvertrag über 6 Monate fällig. Kündigungsfrist vom 6. bis 12. Monat jeweils 6 Wochen auf Monatsende. Ab 1 Jahr unbefristeter Mietdauer gesetzliche Kündigungsfrist.
