Das Zimmer ist mit Sonnenaufgang, die Küche und das Esszimmer nach Südwesten gelegen. Man hat somit rund um die Uhr Sonne. Am Abend können sie auf dem großen Balkon den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es ist ein WG-Appartement, da ich - der Vermieter- in der Wohnung nur 2-3 Tage in der Woche anwesend bin. Würde mich über einen umgänglichen Mitbewohner/-in freuen.
Freistehendes Eckhaus mit geschütztem Garten, Wiesen und Wald gen Westen. Sie laden zum Spazierengehen ein.
Der Bus ist in 8min. zu Fuss zu erreichen, er fährt nach Overath City zur DB, dann ist man in 35 min. am Kölner Hbf.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 min. in Köln.
