Beautiful room is very spacious, bright, with two windows facing the street, one of which is a balcony.Very calm atmosphere.
It has a bed, a wardrobe, bed linen, bedside table, a sofa, table and chair and a piece of furniture
The bathroom and the kitchen are shared.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city of Palma de Mallorca, you can do everything walking. It is a few minutes from Plaza España, La Rambla, San Miguel street. Very close to the bus station with destination to the whole island.
20 minutes from the Cathedral, and many places of interest
Mercadona supermarket 8 minutes, banks 2 minutes, a square very close, many clothing stores, restaurants and cafes
Calm person, responsible, with stable work and without pets.
Visits by strangers are not allowed or parties are held on the floor.
If you want to invite a family member, you will be notified in advance and it costs 15 euros
