Ich vermiete meine Campuswohnung ab Ende Juli bis einschließlich Anfang Jänner, gerne auch kürzer! Viele Elemente der Einrichtung würde ich gerne gleich dalassen, bei Bedarf kann ich jedoch selbstverständlich auch das meiste mitnehmen. Couch und Pflanzen zb sind aber denke ich ein nettes Accessoire und die Pflanzen müsste man nur so 2 Mal im Monat gießen. Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheimzimmer handelt, gibt es häufig Partys in den Common Rooms wo jeder willkommen ist, jedoch hört man davon absolut nichts in den Zimmern. Meine Nachbarn sind generell auch sehr Lautstärketolerant und haben sich noch nie beschwert, ohne jedoch selbst jemals Lärm gemacht zu haben. Die Atmosphäre am Campus ist sehr locker und tolerant, man kann jederzeit draußen mit Leuten Beach Volleyball spielen oder ein Bier trinken.

I rent my campus apartment from the end of July until the beginning of January, or even shorter! I would like to leave many elements of the furniture asthey are, but if necessary I can of course take most of it with me. The Couch and some plants for example are a nice feature I can leave behind, the plants would have to be watered only 2 times a month or so. Since it is a dorm room, there are often parties in the common rooms where everyone is welcome, but you hear absolutely nothing of it in the rooms. My neighbors are also generally very tolerant of noise and have never complained without ever making any noise themselves. The atmosphere on the campus is very relaxed and tolerant. You can always go outside and play beach volleyball with people or drink a beer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Puch bei Hallein, man kann also sehr schnell nach Hallein gelangen wo es Restaurants etc. gibt. Am Campus selbst gibt es neben dem Beachvolleyballplatz noch einen Grillplatz, eine riesige Wiese und einen Wald unmittelbar gegenüber vom Wohnheim, 2 Minuten weiter befindet sich die Salzach und weiter hinten ein Arm zum Baden gehen. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist direkt beim Spar die S-Bahn Haltestelle Urstein Süd, mit der man binnen 15 Minuten in der Salzburger Innenstadt ist, sollte man kein Auto haben.

The apartment is located in Puch bei Hallein, so you can get to Hallein very quickly where there are restaurants, etc.. At the campus itself there is a beach volleyball court, a barbecue area, a huge meadow and a forest directly across from the dorm, 2 minutes away is the Salzach and further back an arm to go swimming. The S-Bahn stop Urstein Süd is less than 5 minutes away from the dormitory. If you don't have a car, you can reach downtown Salzburg within 15 minutes
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken und eine Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Gerne lasse ich auch meinen Ofen im Zimmer. Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden sich im Gebäude und das Zimmer hat sehr gutes WLAN.

The apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and sink. I am also happy to leave my stove in the room. Washing machines and dryers are in the building and the room has very good wifi.
