Es ist voll möbliert, d.h. mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, zwei Stühlen und zwei kleinen Schränken, einem kleinen Beistelltisch und einem eigenen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Unter Absprache könnt ihr gerne noch eigene Sachen mitbringen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, da den ganzen Tag Licht herein fällt, was es noch geräumiger macht. Im Preis sind sämtliche Nebenkosten und ein eigener Kfz-Stellplatz mit inbegriffen.
