Da ich Ende März mit meinem Studium fertig bin, suche ich nun einen geeigneten Nachmieter bzw. Nachmieterin. Bitte beachte das die Wohnung ausschließlich an Student*innen vergeben wird. Zur Wohnung gehört ein recht großer Balkon mit Blick auf den Dom.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Uni/OTH und Altstadt und ist in Richtung Innenhof gerichet was bedeutet, dass du nichts vom umliegenden Straßenverkehr mitbekommst. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, genauso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Denns). Zu Fuß erreichst du Bahnhof und Arcaden in ca. 10 min.
Ein paar meiner Möbel würde ich gegen eine Ablöse da lassen (Preis und weiteres können wir gerne persönlich besprechen).
